How long does it take between my order and receiving the products?

For musical instruments, shipping time varies between 2 weeks to 1 month after confirmation of your order by us. Other items are shipped normally within a week after your order.
Our staff will keep you informed about the manufacturing progress and the date your product will be shipped.
If your product is sent via DHL courier service, the customer is sent the tracking number upon shipment. Orders can be tracked online via the DHL website.
Shipments are all insured to the full value of the goods.

Are your musical instruments genuine Asian products?

All our musical instruments are genuine Asian products, manufactured by genuine Asian craftsmen in the city where the musical instruments have their origin, with original Asian materials. Non-Asian add-ons, for example "Di Marzio©" sound capturing elements, will be fitted on demand if the musical instrument allows it.

Where can I get some study books to learn to play my musical instrument?

All our musical instruments are shipped FREE with one or more study books about the specific musical instrument. We also include with some of our musical instruments a CD/DVD about the specific musical instrument.

My instrument need to be repaired. Can it be done by Asian Musical Instruments?

If the musical instrument needs to be repaired there are 2 options:
1. The musical instrument is still under guarantee.
    After contacting us, send the musical instrument with all the additional extras to our
    address in the original package. You will receive a refund or another musical
    instrument exactly as specified in your initial order.
2. The musical instrument is out of guarantee.
    Contact our staff to discuss what repairs need to be carried out and to make a
    quotation.

IMPORTANT:

Due to the limitations imposed by some countries on the import of foreign CD/DVD's and the fragile nature of CD/DVD's, the CD/DVD's will be replaced as much as possible by Memory Devices (SD Cards, USB Memory Sticks, etc.) at no extra cost for the customer. However, if the customer wants to obtain a CD/DVD instead of a Memory Device, we will comply with the wishes of our customer.
